If your product should arrive and; not meet your standards, arrive damaged, arrive defective, and/or incorrect in any way, please contact us at: [email protected] within 30 days of original purchase and we will issue a complete refund or exchange for product of equal value. It is LastingLibertyGear.com’s policy to not issue a refund without the return of the original merchandise purchased along with proof of purchase. Refunds - When Will I See My Refund?
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise within 30 days of original purchase, your refund will be applied to your credit card. You should see this within 3-5 business days of the refund date. An email will be sent to the customer acknowledging the refund and confirming the amount to be refunded.
Shipping any return or exchange back to LastingLibertyGear.com is the responsibility of the customer. All tracking and tracing of returns is the responsibility of the customer and LastingLibertyGear.com is not responsible for any lost return shipments or merchandise.
